Begin with Steamed Manila Clams in a white wine and parsley broth, served with herb garlic crostini.
Cool things down with some lovely Hana tomatoes and bufala mozzarella drizzled with truffle oil and aged balsamic vinaigrette.
The main course follows: Maui Onion & Sesame Seed Crusted Seared Ahi with Vanilla bean Jasmine rice, and apple cider-soy butter vinaigrette
Finish with the Lahaina Grill's Sunken Chocolate Cake – flourless chocolate decadence served with kona coffee ice cream. |
