Your meal begins with Shrimp Wonton, served with a spicy sweet & sour sauce and Hawaiian salsa. The appetizer is followed by a Roasted Maui Onion Salad with Herbed Goat Cheese and Smoked Tomato Dressing. Then the entrée: Chef McDonald's Crispy Ahi, served atop a bed of jullienned sweet bell pepper and papaya. The ensemble is complete with a Banana Pineapple Lumpia. Truly a taste of the islands!
