Longhi's Crab Cakes, Ahi Carpaccio, Filet Longhi, Chocolate Raspeberry Truffle Cake |

The first course features Potato-Crusted Crab Cakes served with a Dijon Mustard Sauce & Red Pepper Coulis. This is followed by a delicate Ahi Carpaccio, lightly piled atop small slices of crusty french bread, with diced tomato and capers.
The main course: Filet Longhi served with jullienned sweet bell peppers, and topped with a basil butter sauce. Finally, finish the meal with Longhi's luscious, Chocolate Raspberry Truffle Cake.
