Il Teatro, or “The Theater”, is a concept featuring Capische chef/owner Brian Etheridge and Chef Chris Kulis.  It combines Chef Kulis’ tableside preparation of a seven course themed menu with a wine pairing, in a private dining room overlooking the garden.
