Longhi’s in Lahaina is an institution--a Maui landmark and a culinary leader in Hawaii since 1976. For seafood lovers there is the Lobster Longhi, a marriage of two Maine lobsters, prawns, calamari, mussels, marinara and linguini. Another favorite is the Prawns Amaretto. To finish, there is the decadent Chocolate Soufflé, a perfect end to any meal.
