Best Restaurant in Maui! EVER!!!!
Reviewed by nukemlee, 2007-09-10 David Paul's is by far the best restaurant in Maui. My husband and I have never had a bad meal there. The fish is always fresh and cooked to perfection. Everytime we go to Maui, one to two weeks a year, we usually eat at David Paul's at least 80% of the time. I made reservations in August for our trip in Dec./Jan.
Try their version of Chile Relleno as an appetizer. You'll not want to share so order two. If you like scallops, the Seared Lion Paw Scallops are divine. I will order these sometimes in addition to the Chef 's nightly special for lunch the next day. Can't decide on dessert? Don't worry! The Sampler gives you a taste of the most popular desserts, and it serves two. They also have an extensive wine menu and full bar. Enjoy and tell Rose the McCalls from NC sent you.
