Lahaina Luau has Executive Chef Lyndon Honda at the controls.
Lyndon brings a wealth of experience to the position. He not only is
responsible for the menu at the Luau, but also for the restaurant Aloha
Mixed Plate, as well as, the packaged products for Hoaloha brand. This
is one busy chef.
